Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Buyer

2. Cancellation by Pharmacy

If the pharmacy cancels your order (e.g., out of stock, shop closed):
  • Full refund will be processed automatically
  • Delivery fee is absorbed by ONVE+ — you pay nothing
  • Refund credited within 5-7 business days

3. Auto-Cancellation

If a pharmacy does not respond to your order within 15 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled and a full refund is issued.

4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive wrong or damaged medicines:
  • Contact support within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide the packed photo (visible in Order Tracking) and photos of the issue
  • ONVE+ will issue a partial or full refund as applicable
  • ONVE+ absorbs the cost — no deduction from the pharmacy

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)
  • No Cash refunds — all transactions are online

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded once delivered:
  • Medicines that have been opened or used
  • Schedule X (controlled substances) once dispensed
  • Items correctly delivered as per the order
